Davido is days away from releasing his sixth studio album ORIADÉ, scheduled for 31 July 2026 — a date that also marks 15 years since the start of his professional music career.

The 13-track project, whose title combines the Yoruba words for destiny and crown, follows the success of 2025’s 5ive and is led by the single “I Know Who I Be” featuring JAZZWRLD and GL_Ceejay. Davido has described the album as a reflection on purpose, gratitude and the path that brought him from Lagos to global stages.

ORIADÉ arrives after a year that included a Coachella debut, a major world tour and contributions to the FIFA World Cup 2026 soundtrack. At 13 songs, it is the most concise full-length release of his career, signalling a focused statement rather than an expansive collection.

With pre-orders already live and anticipation building across Africa and the diaspora, ORIADÉ is positioned as both a personal milestone and another chapter in Davido’s long-running role as one of Afrobeats’ most consistent global ambassadors.
